Why we like it
Produced from old bush-trained vines on volcanic sand on the south-east side of Etna, (the one overlooking the sea). The varieties are all native to Etna. Cultivation is aimed at respecting tradition and protecting nature and its biodiversity. The low yields and the utmost attention in all manual processing make it a wine of excellent quality capable of representing the Etna area
